Because the EB’s talent is one of the strongest in the game. You can mitigate 80% of damage taken, that’s massive. A mag of shock rounds (that usually just get dumped into 1-2 NPCs anyways) doesn’t quite compare to that.

@@Dan-hx4lc The EB's talent is only really OP on PvP, on PvE it can help but it's nowhere near as good and guess wich other talent is also really powerful on PvP? Exactly, the St. Elmo's. Also, the EB is way harder to get so it should be significantly stronger

That Pestilence buff seems huge. I used Pesti a bunch during the 5XP to up my proficiency since Golden Bullet made it feel so much better to use. I really liked the extra RPM from GB, so having a higher RPM at base will be really nice.

I wish they would have commented on why they changed the base weapons and brandsets in the first place, considering they just changed them all in Tu20. Seems like a pointless exercise unless they think they were 'wrong' in Tu20, in which case I question how they came up with those changes and why they thought those were the right ones to make at the time? Half nerfs (walkbacks) are still nerfs. I still think they should have left it all alone, and just reworks the garbage. For the record- Reassigned, Protected Reload, etc still are hot garbage but they are messing with Obliterate. Why? Fragile Armor is still broken. Picarros never was able to work the way they wanted, etc. This stuff isn't hard.

See now these are nerfs that I can live with. There is still some nerfs like for example the CMMG Banshee and the MP7 that I don't agree with but overall these don't bother me as much as the phase 1 nerfs and I'm glad they added an exotic tab so we can see how those will look in the full game without having to scan through and test during the PTS

You’re misunderstanding the chart. Those magazine sizes listed (even the exotics) are the base size, with no modifications. Exotics have their own modifications, magazine included. So the base magazine size of the Big Horn is moving up to 42 from 30. The final magazine size will be 42 + its modified magazine.

The Scorpio didn't need to be touched, if anything it should have a 10 round mag and less damage drop off. They also need to look at the 13% PFE because it never drops, I get tons of 9%-11% on Heroic with 4 directives which is ridiculous, also WAY too much purple loot.

they should revert the changes on Tip of The Spear set, as now is useless ! Before could have been use as a decent DPS with capacity to use from time to time the special weapon. How is now is useless as most of the time you do not have much DPS, and is just to use the special weapon from time to time...not very efficient.

I will write in the PTS disocrd server again. They HAVE to adjust the LVOACs recoil...And I dont care If I get on someones nerves...I want that weapon to be as enjoyable as the other rifles(Urban MDR, Lm4...) cause right now it has some really stupid right kick horizontal recoil that is just so unfun and dumb that its in the game and that stability mods arent fixing that... maybe Rogue you could test it urself and write a feedback on it too cause it seems they dont care about it, cause its just one weapon that is not even popular but for me and other rifle players its really frustating that this weapon is kinda a handicap when used....

The brand set nerfs need to be undone across the board. Period. Seriously, what was the point? NONE of these was all that strong to begin with. Now they're just being stubborn. For instance, reducing Wyvern's 1-piece from 10% to 8%. Seriously? WHY? What is even the point? They did that recent rework to buff the 2- and 3-piece bonuses for several of the underused brand sets to entice people to use them again, now they're nerfing the 1-piece? But only a tiny amount, just so they don't have to admit it was stupid to begin with? What do these people do, throw darts at a dartboard to decide what to buff or nerf? This is STUPID. Just undo the pointless, arbitrary nerfs for crying out loud.

because the true is that HB is the contra-build for Striker, so those pricks rogues in DZ do not want to be beat by someone that use HB. I think the move is well balance, Striker can get crits on your, but HB can get armor to cancel Striker crits...the only way to win will be tru moves and tactics, but not by trading face to face.

So the game has been the same for a while, and don't get me wrong I freakin love the divsion but at some point it just gets boring. Why don't they release new incursions? Like a lot more? Why are there no Raids? I get that narrative that people find it hard and also find it difficult to growitup with other 7 players, but that argument is simply not true and you can see it by how many times the raid has been cleared so far. Everyone I know who have played the game and I've introduced to the game (I introduced more than 15 players) have LOVED the raids and incursion but what's the point after clearing that..?
