I want outlaw to be the agile fighter that it has been, I’ve actually stopped playing my rogue because I don’t want to play subtlety, and outlaw is just subtlety with swords instead of daggers right now.

what exactly do you think is like Sub,as the opener is versatile and you have a constant flow of dmg,when the Dices give it :D and not take it, it may seem that you need to setup stuff, but overall I feel Outlaw is in a great place(ignoring the 12% nerf to between the eyes) this si from a simple 1.8k rating Outlaw, tbh I like to zerg a lot and enjoy the moment to moment gameplay over Setups,still you can zerg it to 1.8 easy,the biggest similarities the Burst Window,yeah that`s true :D id rather play outside of Shadow dance,Still Outlaw is a force right now :D,I do share a complete dislike of the Sub spec and love to fight them as Outlaw in Shuffle just to mess their go`s :)))

@@EleosGames the overall gameplay of playing around between the eyes during stealth windows (opener, dance and vanish). Everything else is trivia in comparison, the entire point of outlaw right now is setting up BTE. Rolling until the dice fall for optimal BTE damage, cycling reduction so you can get a vanish in for BTE, stalling adrenaline because shadow dance is coming up within 10 seconds. The entire play style has changed from consistent output and “button mashing” into a “set up” spec and that’s not what outlaw is supposed to be or what the class fantasy is, it’s a fast paced swashbuckling duelist and fighter. As for zerging it and it being fun that’s what the spec used to be, and idk if you’re speaking from PvP only, but as someone’s who gotten 1800 before and does M+, raid content I can absolutely say that in PvE you can not zerg it. The difference in damage is so extreme that you might as well switch classes right now, in PvE not playing the “optimal” between the eyes set up kills your spec.

Outlaw does the shadow stuff a lot clunkier than Sub and I personally do not enjoy playing Outlaw at the moment as I used to. My eyes are glued to my buff bar to not miss a thing and that makes outlaw feel very overloaded. Sub is a great spec and has a great identity, let's keep it that way. I enjoyed BfA Outlaw, where for example Between the Eyes was an extra stun. It fit the Outlaw identity so much better than Shadow Dance.

As an Assassination main, I'm worried about the shadow dance and shadowstalker talent removal because it increases our burst damage window by a lot, so I just wonder where the damage compensation will come from.

Btw deathmark need a huge rework cause it has some problems with realization when you playing against dwarves or any class who can diapell bleeds with 30 sec cd on that diapell. I think blizzard should make same or similar mechanic as affli has with unstable affliction

They are removing it all over the game, so that some classes cant stand outside of a mechanic and still attack were other melee classes cant.

I would like to get away in outlaw from the punishment of missing stealth windows. if you are not vanishing and dancing on cool down you miss so much damage. the RNG of ROTB buffs also can make or break how well you do damage. moving to more of a sustain class with small burst windows when having 2 vanishes would be much better IMO.

I would prefer less stealth for outlaw. Managing roll the bones and your stealth cd windows gets to be a lot and when you get out of sync or bad rng your dps plummets.

I am happy the Outlaw sustain build is coming back. I HATED the vanish playstyle so much I haven't played my Rogue (who I've always loved) all expansion. If they do it right, it may be my main again. High hopes, low expectations... 🤞🏴‍☠🤞

I love current outlaw. Vanish then whip out the blicky and get to blast. I don’t consider it to be stealth class as it’s more of a reaction to vanish making it a cd. Like they could button bloat it and just give us a button that does the same thing but there’s no reason.

Pls simplify rtb, make some of the buffs when rtb is active allways passive, to reduce rng. Less micro-managment to handle. Make the class playable without being forced of using weakauras all over the place.

Kingsbane is the reasonni don't play assassination anymore its not intuitive I don't really understand how to maximize it with shiv and envenom and thistle tea. I wish they would simplify it and I would prefer kingsbane and sepsis to be your major dps cd. Main hand apply kingsbane off hand apply sepsis both on a 1 min cd on 1 button. Get rid of the new bleed based cd

In my opinion, the current outlaw with hidden opportunity/crackshot/ace/dance and 6 second subterfuge windows is the most fun outlaw has ever been. Getting 10 back to back ace procs is just pure joy. Sad to see the nerfs to this playstyle.

I really was hoping rtb was going away this expansion, I'm sad it's still here to stay. I like outlaw wanting to be in stealth as a design space, but I would rather it be less about burst windows and more about smoothing out the rotation in some way.

Man i love playing as outlaw, but DPS wise we're always the worst class, this RnG shit needds to END BLizzaaaaaaaaaaaaard, we're used to be the king of AOE, king of the cleave and now we're SHIT.... Blizzard keeps shitting on us and only benefitting hunters, warlocks and DKs....

Outlaw slaps atm i don’t know what your talking about out lol. I also like roll the bones. With the 4 set and loaded dice you almost always have 3/6 buffs going.
