Castignoli understands what it takes to be a World Champion and do what he has to do to carry the banner of ROH on his back and defend that belt night in night out against challenger after challenger and still be consistant in defending that title and if you're going to step up and attempt to take that title you better be prepared for a fight . He's serious about this title and nobody is going to beat him for a long time .

OK, Claudio has never defended the title during either run against among others, Jay Lethal, Dalton Castle, Bandido, Rush and Matt Taven. All former ROH World Champions. Rush and Taven never got their rematches. Then you have guys like Mark Haskins, and Vincent who are both owed title shots from the previous regime. I'd like to see "Switchblade" Jay White and "Filthy" Tom Lawlor both challenge for the ROH World Championship. Lawlor also challenge for the Pure title. It would be cool to see an Open Challenge every couple of weeks or so. I'd like to see what Claudio's reaction would be if his old best friend Chris Hero answered the bell?
