Roja is great, no matter what people say. Great house, some masterpieces, some misses, but overall, amazing house! Diaghilev the best forever! Scandal is great too, but not in my top 5!

This is one of those I think the vintage EDP is the best of the 3... but I wouldn't pay big money for it as the others get the job done from memory 💪🐏

@@RamseytheRam i actually got the parfum through an error on fragrancex lol. i was shopping around for the parfum cologne because i didnt even see the parfum as attainable. saw them list the parfum cologne at $170....in a 1.7oz size, so i took a chance. when it came it was the parfum and they took down the listing

My fav modern classic fougere! I don’t know why, but every time I smell it I picture purple velvet 😅 I have both the newer EDP and Parfum. They are virtually identical to me with the Parfum performing a tick better and lasting a couple hours longer. The current Parfum can be found at discounters for at or near half price and I’d say it’s very much worth it at that price. It will last twice as long the PC version as well so the difference in cost there will be mitigated by half as many sprays half as often while smelling far better too (for anyone looking for a current version to pick up). Side note. Is it not ironic that so many Roja bottles come with crooked gold plates or box lettering? “Crooked Roja”? Sorry, couldn’t resist 😂 Seriously, respect to the man. Despite the price gouging I do absolutely love many Roja’s, as long as I can find them heavily discounted.

Unless it's changed in the last few months, the gold lettering on the side is still on the 50ml. It's the 100ml that has lost it - at least since November 2022 (which was when I last bought a 100ml bottle).

I just sprayed the last of my sample decant of my Roja Scandal - although the Parfum Cologne - on my left hand. Yea nice. I love Dior Eau Sauvage EDT, but I think the comparisons of it to this go too far. Some people have said like between Eau Sauvage and Parfums de Nicolai New York Intense/Creed Bous du Portugal and yea, I kinda get more of that. But I need my first full bottle of Roja, but what will it be? Scandal? Danger? Oceania? Elysium? Oligarch/Isola Blu?

Great job on this one , I do have the YSL and Chanel comparisons of which you speak ,therefore I have no doubt I would enjoy Scandal,however Diaghilev and Oligarch edp are all I reckon I will be owning for now at least ,500 bucks for a 50ml ?? Nope 👎 have a wonderful weekend man 🙏✌️👍
