I live in Thailand and yes many Taxi, especially in popular tourist spots, don’t like to use meter even for Thai people. If you see them lined up on the streets waiting, usually they ask for certain price. They also have to give kick backs to the person who controls the queue and then of course to the police. If someone calls the police and complains, the police comes chase them away a bit. And then they all circle back and wait in line again. Best advice is using Grab Taxi. But also don’t do it in front of the queue area because the metered taxi drivers will chase them away and cause a big deal.

Instead of ΚΕΡΒΕΡΟΣ you could go with ΕΡΕΒΟΣ... cause, at least they colour match with ΕΡΕΒΟΣ, but surely there's not even 1/1000000000 of ΚΕΡΒΕΡΟΣ in those eyes.... Keep up the good work but be always carefull...
