I reset my Roku tv and still won’t detect my sound bar and woofer my phone detects it no problem

Im having to do this every time I try to use the previously paired headphones to the Roku Plus TV. Do you know why I would have to repeat this each time I want to use the headphones? Is there a fix for that? Thank you!
