Great sounds. Many of the pads (e.g. String Synth edited) have a 1970s character to them, and they're naturally expressive. Your patches are gorgeous..."Starcrest" especially so!

I sold my alpha juno 1 quite recently... Every now and then I wish I hadn't. This is one of those moments! For essentially quite a simple synth it can make some wonderful sounds. And you have just proven that. 😎

This is a dream come true for analog fans, such good prices in the used market, too! Worth it for any synth fan!

Do you use any software programmer (if you can recommend) or direct through synth?
@SynthgodXXX6 жыл бұрын
I actually edited from the front panel. Just basic editing with ASDR, LFO, etc :)

Dry?? It sounds organic and alive! Through my headphones output sounds more dully and flat.... But I know that through a P.A. and/or a reverb unit it really shines.... BTW, beautiful patches.....

hello, would you (or anyone out there ) share some advice on how to create some real funky, B3 like organ sounds using the editing wheel on my alpha juno 1? thanks!

;-) Näher kommt man wohl kaum ran.

I have noticed that you have done a matrix 1000 video as well. Which one would you prefer? What each synth doing well? I am between the two so your feedback will be much appreciated! You really nail the pads by the way ;)
@SynthgodXXX6 жыл бұрын
I'd go for the Oberheim Matrix 1000 if I had to choose between the two. But be warned: Matrix-6 & 1000's suffer from voice chip issues. Some voices do not respond to velocity, filter, EG, AMP etc... so test it with headphones first to hear if all voices respond correctly! ;) But with an Alpha Juno you will be very happy for the money you spend. DREAMY LUSH PADS & STRINGS= ANALOG HEAVEN!!!

Does the JUNO DS also use .WAVs. I would like to import these sounds to it if possible and save these patches to a usb thumb drive, thus to download it to the Roland Juno DS 88?
@SynthgodXXX5 жыл бұрын
All JUNO-DS models should load .wav files 16 bit Stereo files only MONO didn't load even with OS 2.10
