I was lucky enough to see Rafa play this year at Roland Garros this year and he’s an absolute master class. It’s like watching Mike Tyson in his prime. You honestly start cheering for his opponent because the match is over before you know it.

His racket is very powerful, but it needs some time to generate that power. That's why he can't be outhit on clay, but elsewhere his forehand struggles in comparison.

yeah for sure it s because of clay that his forehand is more deadly cause he need more time to se shots not like federer who hit the ball early with not time, givven that time nadal can set more powerful forehand with much precision and angle than other surfaces

It’s amazing how much harder he is hitting than his opponent. It’s CB on the other side and he has problem just setting up for his shots let alone dictate the point even in his serve. Really does not look good for CB lol and that’s a top 20 player
