My Go Mixer leaves the audio cutting a lot. The device is compatible and I have already made many tes. Audio cuts into the Camcorder app and online streaming Apps. Do you have any idea what it might be?

Neither my iphone6 or my galaxy3 tablet can receive the audio via the usb. Its simply does not work for me. If I try sending the audio to either device via 3mm jacks to the mic inputs, the signal is simply too hot and distorts.

I just got this today and tried it out. I have a condenser mic hook up to the phantom power supply, then I plugged that into the mic input. I could hear the music through the monitor, but I couldn't hear myself. However, it appears that it's recording my vocals because I could hear my voice through the playback (but it didn't record the audio, just my voice). What could be wrong? I thought this is going to be a straight-forward device.

Hi I am trying to connect the roland go to my Galaxy A51 via a USB C but it does not power on. It is not the Roland Go as I have tested it by connecting it via a USB to my PC and it DOES power on. Please can someone help ?

Wutipong Wongsakuldej yes tried that does power the device, but when you record there is a few seconds delay, sound out of time with the video. ended up keeping it, and using it with my i pad or old s6 and works fine with that

Been "using" the mixer with two Galaxy S5 Android 6.01 phones with Roland Go recorder app. They will not work with this Go device even though Roland say they do. Not true and nowhere any help so I will have return it to the store.

Adquiri este producto hace unos días y no puedo hacerlo funcionar, mi movil es un Moto G4 de 2016 con Android 7.0 en perfecto funcionamiento, por alguna razón no logra encender el Go:Mixer. No logro descubrir si es un problema de compatibilidad (por lo que les en el soporte no debería), de configuración o cual es el error. Lo he probado en otros móviles y enciende perfectamente. Do it in post, is the best work around but kind of defeats the purpose of using something like this if we are being frank, I am looking to pick up a unit and actually see what we can nut out, all the issues so far seem to be Samsung based so I am wondering if the Oppo phones will be different.

Somehow my Roland go mixer does not work.. Everything seems to be conected correctly but my Smartphone (Huawei p8 max) is still recording with the internal microphone... I can not find an option to turn the internal mike off. What am I doing wrong? Thx for helpfull hints..

I had the same problem on my ASUS ZenFone Zoom3. I was really disappointed. Then I discovered on the Roland site, a link to an app they came up with for this exact problem. Go to the playstore and download Roland's app called "Camcorder for GO:MIXER". Works like a charm now!

I have a Huawei P9Lite with Android 7 and it doesn't work, either. Apparently the 2 devices are incompatible, or at least it is incompatible with this version (with Huawei Android 6 is ok, instead). I use a Galaxy Note 5 and I cant record with the microphone in the MIC In, only records with the built microphone of the Note 5.I can hear the MIC IN in my earphone and the line In, it mix, but it does not record.
