I just realized you did King Crimson. Great musical taste!

I found sound # 4-1 (bank 4, #1), to be a very satisfying match, for this chord progression. Thanks for sharing this, and best wishes for your continued success.

Hi One Finger Synth. I have been playing around w/ my J6 but am struggling to figure something out. Given how you appear to be the leading person in the field, I thought I would ask. My J6 is hooked into my clock via MIDI in from my TR*S. I want to turn off the setting that has the J6 "Play" feature trigger when I start the clock via the TR8S. Can this be done? Thanks so much for all of your amazing work. You have been very helpful in learning the J6!

There is no setting on the J-6 to ignore MIDI messages. There is no other way than to set the master device not to send start messages. Thanks for watching my videos.

A way to achieve this is, not to use midi for clock, but instead use the sync input for clock.

@@TheScreamingFrog916 Yes with Sync In as clock the J6 will only start with the other device if you press Play before starting the other thing.

Nice!!! On the J6, how do know/select/identify minor or major chords/scale? Thank you

If you are going to do those things, you might as well use DAW.

Cool. I have noticed this machine tends to be used together the t-8 a lot. What is the main reason for that? I am totally new to music and wanted to make my own tunes for fun. So I was considering parting with a few pennies. However I am not too sure what setup to opt for. These certainly look and sound awesome. Thanks for the video and and any help in advance.
