Roland Juno-106 - Failing Voice Chips?

My juno-106 seems to have 'leaking' or 'lingering' sound after the note is released on some of the voices. Is this a sign of failing voice chips or does it merely need calibration? Calling all experts, please let me know in the comments...
UPDATE: I sent my Voice PCB to Allen Coppock at 'The Synth Spa' where it was repaired and calibrated. Allen removed the resin on the voice chips, replaced 3 wave chips, and recalibrated the board. The board came back in perfect condition and still works perfectly today - so I HIGHLY recommend this service. (Simply search for 'TheSynthSpa' on ebay for more details).
