After encountering a media jam the sheet cut function stopped working (the knife failed to deploy). After some research I thought that this procedure might solve the problem. It didn't help, so I tried this same procedure on a working printer to see what was supposed to happen. After doing so, the sheet cut function no longer worked on either printer. What am I doing wrong?
