Yes! Definitely some great samples on the Pro and I find that they are way better than the stock ones on last model. Most people will probably end up loading their own though.

Did you miss using a hi hat pedal?

No not really. I look at electronic beats more like either closed hat or open hat so I make sure I have both in whatever kit I’m using on the SPD, that way I have no need for a hit hat pedal in this situation.

How sensitive are the pads? Can you adjust it?

The pads on the Pro are spectacular and the default settings are pretty great out of the box. You can definitely adjust the sensitivity as well as the threshold and the curve which is one thing I love about Roland drums.
