Excellent introduction. I was tinking with some thing and made the switch unusable. The swith stopped switch between inputs. As a last resort i went back to the FACTORY RESET. All my presets got sropped but thw switch is now back to normal! You have agreat product wothany features all built into a small package. The proce qas reasonable and the unit is very sturdy .

Does Roland making anything similar to the Roland Edirol V8 for visual effects? I basically want an updated version of that with current ports. Nothing else needs to be different.

I bought the Roland because my Vmix would not longer use my cheap webcams. Moving a hardware solution is going to make my life easier

Can you connect any smart phone to use as a camera and combine with the other two cameras?

If you want to use smart phones as your video sources, you should look at AeroCaster. It works better with mobile devices.

Is the "Boss FS-5U" the proper foot switch for switching between cameras? The silver model is a momentary switch while the black model is a latching switch. If I understand the switch correctly, the silver model requires you keep your foot on the pedal for lets say, camera 2, then take your foot off the pedal to go back to camera one. Is that correct or not?

Hi, John! Sounds like you have it right. You can use the Boss FS-5U. the FS-6 or the FS-7.

Having 2 webcams with USB connector, I must necessarily find some USB to HDMI adapter. The problem is that I can't find anything, can you tell me where can I find these adapters?

Hello, Liborio, and thank you for contacting us. It's important to note that the V-02HD is not compatible with webcams. You can use your phone or tablet, DSLR cameras, camcorders, etc... but they have to have a native HDMI connection. Best of luck to you!

I was making the same mistake: I assumed the cheap webcams I used for ZOOM meetings would work. They will not. Thankfully I see that Roland has a list of comparable cameras on their web site! You also had a few options above I need to try. I found out ION camera does have HDmi output however the camera is very small and made to fit on a motorcycle helmet so I am having an issue keeping the camera level. I also have an iPAD so I need to experiment with that also. Thanks for the advice.
