Misleading video, raising the caps should not be shown, this is wrong, you cannot move the caps up and expect to position the carriage in to lock position!!

I have a 545ex and when the cutter carriage comes back it is making a grinding noise and sometimes it finalizes the and sometimes it stops right by the PH and it gives me a motor error, does the tool carriage have a bearing? or a motor ? any help would be appreciated.

I keep getting 0101 error code on a VS420. have changed scan motor, encoder strip. When i try to do limit initialize the machine starts the procedure then says 'position invalid out of range' - Any idea what this means?

Hi I'm getting a service call 0110. I have tried these steps but after I lock the print head in and hit enter the screen says to remove sheet. There is no material loaded .

Hi, I have just purchased a SP540v. I am noticing that primarily on black there is a red "shadow" at the bottom, and sometimes a blue "shadow" at the top. Other colors demonstrate this behavior as well, but black has been my most noticable. Anyways, I was wondering is there a adjustment that I can run to better align these colors?

Olá, existe sim forma de de vc alinhar as cores, tem no manual da tua máquina, lé tem várias formas de alinhamento, tanto de cores como de corte !

These instructions are incorrect. You have to slide the carriage assembly to the right and listen for the click before you power up the printer by pressing the three buttons.
