Yes there are a lot of them. Look at guys like Ferrer, Berdych, Tsonga, Henman. Fantastic players who just couldn't get over the hump in the big tournaments. Although it would have been fitting if Corretja had won a RG title instead of, for example, Costa (although I believe the two are very good friends).

Not everyone is capable of being that happy to lose a grandslam final to a friend. Corretja is a gem of a person. Nice to see him win against a young Roger Federer and share that memory. Also I thought he has won at least one Roland Garros.

At first I thought, Corretja won Roland Garros? I don't recall! I always like Alex; he was one of those players who should have won at least a slam in their career.
