This is simply them using something to get rid of the case. None of them said it's illegal, they are saying it doesn't look right. Now with that said in a case this high profile, she should have expected them to try everything even tho it's nothing against the law in this case so she should have user somebody somewhere other than wade but damn there people have to work with who they trust also just like any other profession. I’m disappointed that this case will ultimately be dismissed, but Fani created this mess herself. Throughout my career as a corporate C-suite executive for a global enterprise, I always had to constantly check and double-check my own behavior because I knew there were always people, especially white folks in positions of influence, looking for opportunities to discredit or bring me down. Fani needed to be smarter and more aware of these realities.

I thought for sure that she was going to nail Trump, she actually had him. However, we have to be smarter than they are. . A lot of us feel her having Nathan Wade on the case made no difference, but again we have to be smarter than they are. Fani being an attorney should have known they would be going to great lengths to discredit her in any way form or fashion. Again the simple fact that she is an attorney she should have known this to begin with, the mere aspects of impropriety, makes her ineligible to prosecute such a high profile target. Again, I was all in with Fani, but she had to be squeaky clean in the matter of Wíllis vs Trump

Now if criminals were only held to the same standards.....Okay let's review... other prosecutors have dated and married and still went on to work together and prosecute cases. As long as the dating does not occur between prosecutor versus defense attorney, there is no conflict that should have ever removed her from the case. On the flip side, Laticia James in New York was excellent and would never be caught dating someone in the office and allow it to interfere with the legal procedures. If it goes to the Supreme Court and there is no other mendacity precedents established, Fani will win this. In the meantime, if you go after her for this nature of conflict of interest, you now must go after ALL the other men and women who did the exact same thing and slid through the rafters.
