I do not think that is a Zamboni. An ice resurfacer yes...Zamboni...correct me if I am wrong. Edit: But I guess nie zamboni means not a zamboni so all right in the world.

I think not a Zamboni , but some dude out to out do another. My guess , probably had to replace , conditioner, wash water pump and engine to resurface another ice ?

It is WM Junior , an ice resurfacer from Blumau in South Tyrol/Italy

Zamboni is a manufacturer of ice resurfacing machines, it’s one of the more popular manufacturers that many people call ice resurfacing machines as Zamboni. Our local arena has an Olympia resurfacer but everyone calls it the Zamboni

Not a Zamboni speed is too fast ,first lap to close to the boards , does not raise blade in the net area

It being a Zamboni or not has zero to do with how close the boards are or whether the blade is raised when going over the crease lol... And some Zambonis are easily that fast.
