Role of butter milk

Thanks Grace. How long does it take for the butter milk to be ready after preparing it? Or is ok to use immediately after it has been prepared? Thanks again.

Just a few minutes ... When you put in the lemon or vinegar the milk curdles and is a bit thicker then you can use it. It doesn't waste time at all
