Roles of inner child and inner dragon - Sandra Pelley

Hi Sandra, I just watched this and I wanted to share my experiences. I saw my inner child as my 8 yr old self in my childhood bedroom, she felt worried. I didn’t see my inner dragon as a dragon, instead I saw myself as I am now, with flames coming out of my chest standing in front of my altar in my sacred space. I felt powerful. It made me cry when I hugged my inner child because I could feel her feel loved and her worries falling away. I’m newer to learning about dragons and seeing dragons over the last couple of years. I noticed most people actually saw a dragon, but I just saw a more empowered me, I guess I’m just wondering why I didn’t see a dragon. Do you have any thoughts?

I really enjoyed watching this and I’ve been listening to your podcast since I discovered the dragon thunder group. Thank you!

@@laurieb1368 there could be any number of reasons You may have ‘expected’ to see one. Sometimes this can be the biggest hinderance. You may have thought it should come in a particular manner. This is one of the reasons it is suggested to be aware of a feeling, a color , a sign or symbol and even just a knowing.
