I honestly don’t see the allure of the Daytona - a genuine tool watch that NO ONE uses as a tool. Same goes for the Speedmaster which I just sold to WATCHBOX towards a Datejust 36. NEVER wore the Speedy and, quite frankly, thought it was pretty ugly. I find myself maturing as a collector and I’m honing down to what I will wear in rotation versus what I’m told is a watch I should own. But, to each his/her own.

On the 36, it naturally isn't as pronounced the cyclops. It's doable. I got rid of the speedy due to the size. The 42 just took up too much wrist presence. Bought the White oyster perpetual 39mm instead before it discontinued. @@lakinnenlako6883

Regarding the non allure of the Daytona in your opinion, did you have your eyes closed for this video? Just look at it! ;-) Tend to agree more on your comment re the Speedy. I have one & enjoy it but would switch it out for a Daytona every day of the week.
