Actually on the 17th May 2024 I brought my son to the Rolex Daimaru Store in Tokyo Station Japan 🇯🇵 to buy a new Rolex watch but after waiting for more than 30 minutes in the line, we were told rudely that there were no Rolex watches sold there ! It was a huge disappointment for my son and it made me want to give up applying for a Rolex dealership in my country as well as give up on Rolex watches ! The rude behaviour of the Rolex dealer in Tokyo Station has caused my son to give up on the Rolex brand ! By the way my son is now wearing an Omega watch , we might get an Omega dealership as a small side biz in our country !..

How many watches have you sold to customers outside of other dealers at inflated prices? I ask because I'm not certain that consumers are interested in overcapitalized watches. Too many watches are on the market to justify the prices on the used market. It makes no sense. GMTs are great, but I wouldn't even pay retail for any used Rolex that has been released in the last 10 years.

I've heard the Bruce Wayne referred to as the Dark Knight. It's my favorite of the GMT line. I am no fan of mixed metals or full gold.

The bi-metal jubilee Bruce Wayne is gorgeous. The oyster in stainless steel isn't great but I do like the green GMT hand. Of all the GMT's i'd still pick Batgirl I think.

Great videos guys. For me, it's the Bi-Metal on an Oyster. (A jubilee bracelet shouldn't be on a sports watch. imho). I've just got a 2024 Batman from an AD and I can't seem to take to it. I keep taking it out of the safe, looking at it and putting it back, then put on my 2008 bi-metal 116233 and the world goes back to normal. LOL I just buy a Rolex that I like and it's just usually the ones that people think are the least popular, but at the end of the day it's all about personal preference. Keep up the good work.

New GRNR is just such a nice addition to the lineup. Understated classic in an instant, defo getting one. Hopefully the market value of most watches hovers just around retail; gets rid of flippers and scummy greys!

Pepsi , Coke (if they are releasing ) , Batman/Batgirl and Guiness are my prefer choice in order. Pepsi, coke , batman/batgirl ladies and men can wear/like it so its is more valueable. Guinness is classy for men wearing for formal meeting or function.

We should get out of using the term "investment". Watches should be purchased because the owner likes them and will use them over the years. E.g. I bought my first Rolex in 2021 (a DJ41 in steel and yellow gold on Oyster bracelet with fluted bezel and black diamond dial). At the time I bought it for around £11,000, it currently retails for over £13,000. I sold it the other week for £10,000. Yes, a loss of £1000 but I don't care because I wore it daily and enjoyed it. I'm now doing the same with the GMT Master II "Zombie" which I bought from the AD window a few weeks ago. On a side note, I was at an AD not long ago abroad which had over 110 Rolex pieces in stock, including the full yellow gold GMT Master II. Due to being able to claim the tax back, it would come to circa £30,000 rather than the RRP of £34,000. They had a few of them in stock too and said they were readily available, hence if you're interested then let me know and we can be in touch.

Surely if you claim the tax back in one country, you still have to pay it in another (your home country)?! I’m reasonably sure they endorse your passport when claiming the tax back abroad…so you can’t avoid it being picked up that you’ve got domestic tax to pay when you get home.

Hi out of all them watches I'd go zombie then root beer and with the market as it is now probably just save up and buy one as I can afford it as most of this range are going to be around retail going forward. If the new gold deepsea gets to £25-30k I'm interested probably the only one out there that likes it.

The GRNR is more classy than the rest of GMT line. Ex owner of BLNR (A very flashy blue). BLRO is good looking also but GRNR is very subtle and minimalist.

I feel like before this release, you had to get a GMT with some form of bright colour (blue and red, black and blue, green and black) so this makes sense in the line-up as a more 'boring' addition. It''ll probably settle down to the Batman level. Thanks for the video 🙏🏻

Rolex is building a new factory. That means a lot more Rolex. The 2023-24 releases are pretty lame. The “Bruce Wayne” is not a 20k watch and it’s not a 15k watch. It’s completely boring and will fade into irrelevance. If you want a Rolex, go with a vintage GMT or a TT GMT ceramic with the oyster band and the green GMT hand. The other option is a SeaDweller 43.
