Love my Submariner 124060 - the non Date dial is so clean. Really happy my AD was able to source me the watch after a 4 month wait. Hoping my AD can allocate me the Pepsi GMT this year. My Sub gets a ton of wear alongside my Speedmaster and Tudor Pelagos FXD. All bought from the same AD. Like you, l love no date dials. However, l’ll make an exception if I get the call for the Pepsi GMT this year 😅

I have never owned a sub before. I bought an Oyster Perpetual 41mm before this! I bought this model through my company, so I didn’t have to wait! There was no tax for this watch as I live in Hong Kong. Thanks for watching!

I LOVE my 124060! Traded up from the previous gen and took a second to adjust to the tapered lugs. But, after a little time on wrist I find it actually wears thinner and more comfortably. Also, enjoy these in rotation: 126333 DJ 41mm (two-tone w/ champagne dial) & PAM 0683 42mm submersible (as Arch would say, a '3-piece hunger buster'...lol). Get any Rolex you can. The balloon was supposed to 'burst' 3 years ago and yet prices continue to climb.

Wow what a great collection! Yeah that’s what I’ve heard from many people recently who switched that it fits better. And yes the prices continue climbing! While we may be due for a correction soon, but I don’t think they’re ever coming down to retail again! 😅

@@frankiewatch I assume so you can’t re sell it as brand new, I’ve bought 2 Rolex off a Sydney AD no plastic protection stickers or plastic bezel protector both times. I don’t mind anyway as I don’t plan on selling just my experience. I love Rolex tho only watch brand I’ll ever buy. I’m happy anyway I think these flippers ruin it for the real Rolex enthusiasts so any measures taken against them is good in my opinion.

Hello, I hope you are enjoying your new watch but the dealer wrote the date wrong. It was suppose to be the day/month/year. The format is right on the card below the box where they store that date. Sorry to point that out to you.

Hehe no worries! This watch was actually originally a purchased in the USA, where month/day/year is the standard for writing dates.

Sorry but it’s not even close to the best version of the submariner imho. 16610 and 14060 14060m are by far superior. Any real watch enthusiast knows this new sub is more of a homage watch to the actual sub. They stopped making legit submariners in 2010. The ones that have came out since have been horrid. The proportions are way off. The maxi case and lugs are inferior to the older models. Your getting is a better technology w the movement, bracelet, and bezel. If Rolex was smart and made a new watch w the older 16610 type proportions and a ceramic bezel it would sell insanely well.
