I know it’s to late for this one but if you have have a gummy that big again there are a few ways to soften it. One is put it in a hot or warm bowl of water to soften it though that tends to take about 20 minutes depending on the size. Also spraying it with hot water a few times also helps. Like HOT water. Don’t microwave it though because there’s a chance you can make it explode! Uh don’t…uh don’t ask me how I found this out….
