Great video thanks Colin. Really nice to see Monica make an appearance again. It's been too long! Liking the combat system and tests not being settled by high rolls but given values with the dice mitigation. Looks like a smooth mechanism that makes you have to make strategic choices. Would definitely like to see a campaign please!

It was so much fun to do this with Monica! We are currently on Chapter 10 in our campaign together and having a blast. I agree the best part of the game is that you aren't always looking for 6's you are instead looking at manipulating dice to the correct values . My only gripe is we have gotten so powerful we have not failed a check since adventure 3!

@@OneStopCoopShop Lol It seems odd to be complaining about not failing checks, when I'm usually complaining about not passing them! But I know what you mean lol The tension that games can build is lost if you don't feel challenged. Maybe you and Monica are just too good for the game though! lol

Wait.. you get four dice...and not three? When you were setting up your paper and the limits, I thought the dice limit said three? That's how my gf and I were playing. That we could only use three dice...are we playing wrong?

Which thing are you taking about? Combat dice is 3. Skill tests it tells you how many dice. 4, 6, 8 or 10

@@OneStopCoopShop oh my goodness 🤦🏼 I do not know how we have over read the word COMBAT everytime! So for combat, you can only use three, until you upgrade it, correct?

Thankfully we have only failed two of them. One wasa level 2 and we didn't know how we were going to pass since we thought we could only use three dice🤣🤣. Glad I'm watching this!

@@OneStopCoopShop awesome! We have only ever play one adventure at a time. I think it's too long for my gf lol. Just finished adventure 3 last week! Haven't died yet! How long does it take you? It takes us a good couple of hours. Mostly due to we explore everything. And still learning the cards, and probably our mixup of the skill checks lol.
