I am amazed by the talented team you have. Actually the acting is top notch. All of you, including the lady manager and senior manager, should be really appreciated. Both of them made us angry and other two good characters Mahesh and Vignesh made us sympathesize with their character. Actually in KZbin not many channels will have dedicated music director. But your team has a talented musician too... video quality is also top notch. Actually I feel your team is overqualified for a normal Tamil KZbin channel 😀😀...The content quality is so good that, it easily qualifies for a movie or ott series. I think your team should focus on ott first as the initial Target, and then you can gradually move on to expensive movies. All the best, TEAM 👍👌

@@CertifiedRascals sure I can tell about your videos in my channel. But My intuition says, what is hindering your channel growth is your niche audience. Your niche audience are without any second thought soft ware people. KZbin algorithm is stuck with this niche. Although the algorithm is searching for your potential other niche, it is unable to find till now. So my main advice for your team is to break this niche, with which you are stuck. Make content for general audience without using English language. Make a pure Tamil only content which is easily understandable. In this way your providing a new niche to KZbin algorithm. I feel if one video like this becomes hit, your growth will be unstoppable. All the best 🎉🎉🎉

I think the movie had a negative end. Not everyone treats their employees this way. Certificate rascal had a distinct theme of sarcasm with a message. This departs from that towards a melodramatic corporate world type of script. Pls make your content true to your intentions of mockery, sarcasm than a preachy, melodramatic way

100% reality in Indian companies. 9 years in the same position with the same organisation in India. Quit the company and migrated to Australia. 4 promotions in the last 9 years. Lessons Learnt - 1) don't stay in the same organisation if not recognized, you are not wedded to it. You can be replaced in a day. 2) build your network and contacts. "Hard work and talent helps (IQ) but SQ and EQ tends to go further in life".
