Rolled Chicken- Cooking with Brenda Gantt

Hey KZbin friends! In todays video ya'll get to meet some of my friends that I have known for a long time. My friend Carol brought this rolled chicken recipe when she came for a visit, and so we made it! It's gonna be good ya'll!

Oh, my! You all made me miss my “group” from school so many years ago! Thank God for good friends tried and true through the years. I lost my best friend at age 34 to cancer. Still miss her so much to this day. God bless you all, each and every one and your families, too. I hope you will be together like this for many more years!

I've made this for years. I don't roll the chicken breast up though. I add mushrooms and onions to the soup and sour cream with lots of cracked black pepper over pilaf rice. Everyone goes crazy for this. I serve it with green beans and Texas toast. From Kitchener Ontario Canada

I made this tonight and my husband and children fell in love with it. I’m from Alabama but live in Nebraska now so southern food is a must in this house. However, I took the chicken out for about 30 min at the end and rotated it under the broiler to get the bacon crispy.

Fun group. Ladies need each other. I have four close friends who are Sweet Adelines members. We have syng together for over 40 years. Several have retired from singing but we get together and have a luncheon every first Friday of the month. Keep these close friends and enjoy times together. They help you through good and hard times. Greatest gift you can give yourselves!

Your lives (you and your three friends) has gone kinda like ours. Three of us have lost our husbands and the fourth one is the driver for two of us. We meet once a month to eat and sometimes we attend a movie. If there’s not a good movie, we eat dessert. We (at one time) have all been good cooks and attended church together. We’ve fed many a family funeral dinners and now we opt to eat at a different restaurant in a city a lot bigger than our hometown. Our hearts are one, in happiness and sad times. We only exchange birthday gifts as our Christmas times are filled with our families. Thank you God for close friends with tons of happiness in our youth. The youngest of the four is in her late sixties and the other three are over eighty years old. We laugh a lot when we are together as well as reminisce about our happy lives. God is good❣️
