What Coach Andy's saying about bjj as a healing method makes intuitive sense. "Grappling with our past" or "Wrestling with our demons" are common sayings for a reason. Bjj allows you to take that inner turmoil and manifest it physically in a fun, challenging, and *healing* way. That's why you hear so many guys describe their training as their "Therapy" and relief from the "Real world." There's nothing else like it. Great vid!

Alot of OC BJJ schools(both new and revisits) and loving it. Would love to see Babalu and Kings MMA at some point and maybe see San Diego BJJ schools in the future too. Your San Diego visits were my favorites like Andre Galvao and the Ribiero brothers.

I would have a hard time choosing between gi and no gi. If you put a gun to my head and forced me to choose, I would choose no gi, just because I can move a little more while doing it.
