They say being a Christian is hard i have to disagree to be in the world was way harder. You Guys are a Blessing and a breath of fresh air

Well, that can depend on a lot of things, and not just whether or not the country or area you're in highly persecutes Christians. For ex., while it's always ultimately for our best, the self-sacrifices that one may make due to be a Christian, can be very, very, very, very hard. My dad was abusive and manipulative etc. about it all, so, on top of other factors like our very difficult family farm situation at the time, this meant that I stayed, out of not being sure if it was ok with God if I left, as doing so/announcing it, would eventually ( within a day ) lead to a blow up, and lots of up and downs and horribleness, forever after. Leaving without announcing it wasn't decent to do to 100 + cows relying on me, and to my much-younger siblings dealing with any of it, but esp. then, like no sleep for a day then less and less and the following disasters ensued, following being understaffed and the other main adult ( Dad) being upset and distracted. So, I stayed until getting married at 27, (still working there, gradually less hours, for several years). So, meanwhile my health went from poor, to bad, to horribly, complicatedly, bad. My marriage was off to a rocky start, as he has his own baggage I hadn't known about, and we'd been raised quite differently, plus I was a big sis and he was a "little brother" ..... ( not cool to act like - too much - w your wife, guys ! Not helpful !!! ). So, while one can say It wasn't in God's word that I stay, I didn't know for sure I'd be in His will if I left or took the kids, or anything, and I PRAYED HARD AND ALWAYS. I KNOW agonizing prayer ! I did my best and I'm sure that I failed, a lot, but I really did my best. Now, I not only have had no early adulthood, no normal-er, healthier ( relationally, emotionally) transition into adulthood. I not only am unsure if I did the right thing for my younger siblings, a few of whom left as teens at various times ( as did the one older sibling I have, btw, she went to live with relatives and tbe brainwashed about how wrong she was, & they were, commenced, but there was also a lot of actual truth about them, or about God's word, I know to be true to this day, so, u can see how I struggled !!! I hope. ). Anyways, while I'm not saying any of that would have been BETTER for me to have gone through not born again, I also know how much easier it CAN, seem, to be for many to just do what they need and seem justifiable, without having to worry about right and wrong, God's will and favor/hearing my prayers ( If I just abandon trying to obey and live for me/my preference). Who can not worry about their witness/testimony and the people they're praying for, being stumbled by whichever way u end up deciding to act in this situation. To not have my parents demand I forgive and forget, when they don't even get it, aren't sorry, and aren't the one living with all the difficulties I have and the judgement from others for being "just a homemaker" right now, since I don't have kids (Sadly, my husband's unable. I do garden, cook from scratch, butcher own venison etc., , and have lots of home repairs going on right now). So, to me personally, while I'm glad I was a virgin when I married, and am glad I had a well-tested faith and knowledge of God's word to rely on, a GOD to rely on, it's also true that much of my life MAY have been a lot easier, had I not lived through those times as a Christian. We can't know for sure and it's not something worth even thinking about anyway, prob., but just know that not everyone would have been a wild and wooly worldly-living unbeliever ( depends on parents, other influences - & I had good books- and personality and choices, and God's grace for future believers at times, I think) but know that some of us, American Christians in 'Christian' homes even ! , DO have it extra hard in light of our beliefs, lots of times. There's a whole lot more I could tell, about mine.

You guys remind me of the perfect Christian Barber shop ensemble. I tried Barber shop before and I nearly died.🤣 Turns out I’m much better at harmonizing on my violin rather than with my voice.🤣You guys are awesome!
