In this age of fist pumping arrogance and intimidation, what a pleasure it is to watch Grigor Dimitrov play the game. What a blessing it is to see some old fashion humility and respect toward one's opponents while in the middle of a tight match. I give him his due appreciation.

Dimitrov's renaissance has been jawdropping. He's even beating players that he doesn't normally beat or has a bad record against. It's great stuff and I hope he can keep it going... fingers crossed he can take it further and reach his first slam final, whether here at Wimbledon or some other slam down the road.

It's more a teaser with heavy spoilers. 😅 It would be nice to have some good highlights without spoilers (in thumbnails and text) for people who can't watch (why ever) the whole match. Just like the ATP is filled up with Rafa Nadal impersonators who usually lack one or two the charasteristics that Nadal has to become the full package, Dimitrov is the example of what happens when a player has all the abilities of a Roger Federer but the mental fortitude to keep playing the same level throughout the whole match. Unfortunately, all ingredients are needed.
