A five track wall mounted rolling ball sculpture measuring 1200mm x 1000mm x 300mm. This sculpture features loops, tipping arms, Pacman tipping arm, balls on track, double spiral, tall spiral, serpentine and plenty more to entertain. It has been powder coated in Metropolis Bronze and uses an assortment of 25mm glass marbles.

I find your your sculptures are great inspiration since i started building my own structure I've successfully made a spiral, a switch, and one things that makes the marble wobble back in forth. After trying to do this myself ive gained a whole new level of respect for the work you do. It can be super frustrating for me sometimes when something has worked 20 times and then suddenly it stops working correctly. But worse since I'm nowhere near the age of an adult i can't tig or mig weld stuff i have to stick to weak soldered joints. Really love your work!

Cool. How much time did it take to make that size of sculpture? Are those solder joints for the suppprts?

Probably took me a few weeks to do the initial build. Then there's testing, powder coating and further testing before filming. All joints are welded, not soldered.

We normally use 25mm or 35mm. You can purchase them at world of marbles.
