Is that like a ribbon? How do you clean the ribbon?

@@mariaadriano8068 yes it is a wide ribbon. I put the whole machine in kitchen sink and squirt a little dish detergent on it. Clean with my hands and rinse it well. Set on a towel or dish drainer to dry. Wipe off excess moisture. I store in the box to keep it clean

When making videos like this please put the caler in front of you so that your hands do not block. We can't see if you tuck the leaves on the sides. Any tips or tricks to keep the leaves from tearing?

Do you put any oil on that ribbon-looking thing in the machine? And how do you clean the machine? Are you able to take the ribbon out and then put it in the washing machine?

There were not any directions with it. However, no oil is used on the ribbon. It doesn’t stick at all. As far as washing the ribbon...I get a dishcloth and put it in hot soapy water and wipe it down well. Then I rinse it with hot water and let air dry.

Its TERRIBLE! I made 1 then it just messed up the rest lol, i could make 10 in a minute rolling them by my fingers lol the time it takes you too put the leaf then the filling then rolling it in the machine i made 3 by my fingers lol

It takes patience and practice. I have had mine about 7 years and sometimes they come out less than perfect. Be sure to tuck the leaf down inside where the ribbon is. Press firm and slide handle smoothly

Oh my! Contact who you bought it from. You need to make sure you press the ribbon down into the space completely...set your leaf inside. Use about a teaspoon of filling and press in again...then quickly push the bar. Good luck
