Ingredients:
250 gram /9 oz fresh grape leaves
3/4 cup short grain rice
5 medium sized tomatoes, finely chopped
1 more large tomato to stack it in the center of the pot
1 large potato, sliced to 1/2 inch thick discs, optional
2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
2 large onions, finely chopped
1 cup high quality olive oil
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
1/2 teaspoon sevenspice or allspice
A pinch of cinnamon
Cayenne pepper, optional
1 leveled teaspoon Lebanese / Turkish coffee (in the powdered form)
1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon salt, or to taste
