Hello from Down Under, thanks for your reaction, I really appreciate all and every good word in respect of of a K-Rock Band in the age of K-Pop Groups. RQ never copied any song they covered and in my humble opinion they take every effort to keep the essence of the original but make it uniquely RQ. Recently I even read comments like “good way to get recognised covering BTS and Black Pink”. Regarding Reminiscence RQ was asked by Kim Changhoon to do the cover. How far RQ would go to make sure to honor the original artist is absolutely evident in Reminiscence. I used to play several instruments in a rock band several years ago and if my opinion has any credibility, RQ lifted the original Sanwoolim song in a different dimension. Maybe I’m a bit biased when it comes to RQ, most likely tue to them being not Idol but Indy and I really appreciate pushing rock in the age of pop, especially in Korea. The live stream was great as usual. They showed off all the new merchandise they have and were taking suggestions for future items from the diadem. I was watching them and F1 from Las Vegas at the same time. It was very difficult to do both.

This girl has a lovely powerful voice. This is another great band on its way to greatness. You should go to their concert in January and interview some people. I'd love to know what Gary Holloway looks like so I can put a face to the name.

Such a well felt song. Jayoung is an very special vocalist. I just love there energy that have put fun back into R&R. They are still somewhat unknown witch is unfortunate considering their talent and the outstanding team that is behind them making these top notch videos.

I would kidnap Mr B but he's right about London, it's ridiculously expensive. If you go just a half hour outside of central London you can buy a pint of the same brand of beer for £3 cheaper.😮

Thanks again, Mr B. I think Hyunjung looks just statuesque in this video. A bit of help: Hyunjung is just two syllables. The "yu" is like the beginning of the word "young". (Hyundai is also only two syllables) At the live stream (which you probably watched, but I'm mentioning for those here who couldn't), the band spoke at great length about this cover. Apparently, the "Sanullim 50th Anniversary Remake Project" wanted RQ do do a more hard rock song, but the band requested to do this song instead. Arem spoke about how much thought and effort she put into getting the baseline just right. Yeoungeun seemed a bit starstruck meeting the writer Im Jihun (kzbin.info/www/bejne/aaixaH-khMZ6aNksi=KFr2EdSvhKSxBOlo). Hyunjung was very nervous playing on the slippery piano (they could have put a rug up there and we'd never have known...). Iree related that she was asleep next to an amp when Jihun arrived which was funny and embarrassing.

I totally agree with your take on these awesome ladies Mr. B. I've been following these ladies for over a year now and I was completely blown away by this number. Probably one of the most multi talented, and diverse repertoire of any band ever. That was a great reaction to this wonderful band. Thanks Mr.B 🙏
