@now_is_past8 ай бұрын
@@williardbillmore5713explain why it’s fake
@williardbillmore57138 ай бұрын
@@now_is_past As with most supposedly "live" performances on TV the show is actually mimed by all participants except for the lead singer, Jagger. It was supposed that the singer could always be detected as lip syncing to his own prerecorded voice but because most people were not musicians no one would know the difference if no sounds heard came out of the instruments that were being pretended to be played. To actually perform the song live the TV studio would have to be miked and mixed live at great expense and it would not sound exactly like the record being promoted by this appearance on TV. Watching closely it becomes obvious that Jagger is really singing what we hear but the music track is exactly what is heard on the record , remastered from the studio recording without Jagger's vocal track. Jones did not appear on the recording of this piece at all, except for the brief organ section that oddly seems to be coming from a piano in this TV show, and neither did Bill Wyman. The piano you are hearing was recorded in the studio played by Jack Nitzsche famed arranger and well known pianist as it was written by Keith Richards. Keith played the bass guitar track on the studio version as well as his guitar track as he did on many of their biggest hits. Jones could not play piano nearly well enough to perform this live. The Ed Sullivan TV show was produced in much the same way using the same prerecorded tape without a lead vocal while the band pretended to play.. Note that the backup singing is clearly done by Mick as well as Keith giving Mick two voices simultaneously in this simulated performance.

I have heard this song throughout my entire life (born 1975). However, for whatever reason, as I was driving today, this song was on radio and I turned speakers up to stun, and was totally rocking out. I can honestly say that The Rolling Stones are one of my favourites, but I'm more into mid 70's-early 80's era. But the early/older stuff has it's own vibe to it. When they were young, and it was new, and from what I understand the British Invasion had conquered North America!!!! "Let's Spend The Night Together".
