This sounds fantastic. I have a pack of those same tapes that I haven't used yet, but I think I'm gonna slap 'em on the L2000 pretty soon. I've actually never used tapewounds before, but this video makes me believe they'll sound great.

Thanks, Justin! For me, tapewounds are perfect because you get the sound of flatwounds without the high string tension of flats. I'm sure you'll enjoy them.

@@schepler2 Right on. I was considering putting the tapes on my jazz bass, but I've had the same flats on it since 2019, and they have no signs of croaking yet...LOL
