Rolling With a Purple Belt

In todays video I roll with Lucas, a 4 stripe Blue belt and Luke, a purple belt! Needless to say I had my ass handed to me!

watch Meregali passing from reverse de la riva in quarter guard, you will grab the belt pinning the knee shield in your shoulder, you grab the collar, straignten your legs (sprawl) to get rid of the hook and force half guard, get the head and work from there, guy. Come on, you can do it.

Luke, the purple belt is incredible. So much pressure and always as two, three or four options. Like playing chess rolling with him
