But if you eat only rice, oil content, ghee, butter, too much diary products it will lead to diabetes, chronic diseases. In non vegetarian, if you eat boiled, soup, tandoori types with correct quantity there is no problem. I am in a healthy lifestyle for past 5 years, I will eat fruits, vegetables, chicken and sea food with moderate content and without too much oil. Don’t comment without knowing fully about non vegetarian or vegetarian diet

Very disappointing that you take FULL advantage of Karnataka food and culture in your videos without speaking one word in Kannada and forcing your guests to speak ONLY in Tamil?...reminds how British took advantage of Indians pre-independence.....isn't it a cheap mentality?
