Thanks for the comment. We didn't need one with first insurance so didn't have one. then second year insurance said we needed one. So got the SAS which is solid but it's such a pain to put on and takeoff. Heard about the Nemesis but kept putting off buying one. Wish I had bought one ages ago as so easy to use compared to other wheel clamps. There is an Amazon link below if interested but I am sure you will look online to get the best deal.

I’m heading to storage this morning to have another go at removing my Milenco steel boot from our Caravan, a royal pain when you’ve got a busted shoulder and dodgy knees. Thanks for doing this video, it’s convinced me to get myself one of these to get the pleasure back to collecting my caravan.

Thanks for the comment. Yes it’s the little things that make a huge difference. Funnily enough on new van haven’t changed over to it, so using old one. It’s driving me around the bend. Need to switch wheel nuts.

@@RollingwithTheRobsons I managed to finally get the Milenco boot off just in time for the the chap to come and replace my tyres. Struggled to get it back on again till I remembered it needs the key in and the lock open to slide the final piece in place. Spent the afternoon in bed on painkillers nursing my shoulder, while Mrs Smallfry went on an online search for nemesis.

Hi Paul, we now have the Nemesis lock and find it much easier to use than the Alko lock. Wish I had changed earlier, cheers Martin

Hi Martin. I totally agree. We heard people talk about and saw Phil's video and kept thinking about it. I am like you, I so wish we got one of these straight away. I know know it's a 30 seconds job top so no longer worry about getting hammer out :-)

Great video we have the alko lock on a single axle van and believe me sometimes it’s a nightmare to fit depending on space in or storage will definitely get one of these thanks

No bother. I considered both them went for this one it’s an absolute breeze. You should invest in one if you can.

Great easy to fit and remove locks. I am getting used to my AL-KO locks now but may still change to something else.

Thanks for the comment Ian. It's spot on can't believe how good it is compared to old lock. I think ALKO is ok as long as line up. Could combine if need on both axles?

Agree with your their Paul. It's the best wheel lock by far IMHO. We only need the one lock on our twin axle so we use Nemesis. Trying to get two ALKO locks on a twin axle, nightmare. I checked with insurance company first and it didn't specify how many wheel locks I needed. So the one nemesis is perfect for us. Graham

Yep it's spot on and can't believe we waited so long to get one Graham. Yes I can imagine how much of a chew on it would be with two Alko locks. Best lock on market. Thanks for retweeting.

Just had our caravan stolen. They easily crowbarred the Alko Hitchlock off and the same for the Nemesis Ultra and dumped them before just towing the van away. Not really any security at all!

Thanks for the comment Michael. I am really sorry you had your van stolen you must have been gutted. I am a bit dissapointed to hera they use a crow bar to get them off. I assume the brute force bent the metal. I think unfortunatly when these people want your van it's hard to stop them in a way.
