Just remember when you hate yourself you don’t want yourself to get better because you don’t think you deserve it, vicious cycle all the way to the bottom which accomplishes nothing. It almost helps to separate your emotions from the literal material and physiological effects that the self hate spirals have on your life. Your emotions are important and need to be supported and acknowledged but sometimes they blind you from fixing very fixable issues
