This is Rolls Royce baby and Packard thankfully added to the power needed to overcome an enemy to the world. Yet, I go with Rolls Royce Griffon with 3 triangular engines; two are forward thrust and one will be used to blaster for lack of a better name yet it is also critical because adaptive, assistive components will use the seawater when the surface U.S. Coast Guard "one-off" which is my visionary design that I await a "know-trusted" engineer guidance and he has not been asked yet! I hope he will because he is a brilliant mind but as you know, time is valuable and I'm not sure about anything; yet there are other good people involved that I know from internet friendships which are NOT discounted whatsoever while I must be one on one with the actual mechanical engineer who put in a lifetime of design for the biggest in the world entity over time that he stayed with his entire life. I was amazed as he also managed a band which is two out 3 of my passions which includes engines in boating and music. So, there's no need for the third passion as I have not found her yet! My brother has a lifetime love who maybe will encourage him to just hear me out as it is "a part of the rescue swimmers with the U.S. coast guard motto", : SO OTHERS MAY LIVE and my emphasis is truly upon improving upon the perfection of the U.S. Coast Guard uniformity in training which allows such a great response to tragedies that no one sees coming and the results require everyone being trained in a uniform methodical way. I was amazed at how they accomplished this and they go to civilians who are in distress and give their lives to save others (for me, I cannot think of a better calling in life.) My thought is to add another surface vessel that can go underwater during the times when the oceans are "howling" which means they are actually frightening to most people, yet there is a way to go 15 minutes underneath the water while the 3rd triangular (this is based on theoretic physics in structural engineering while it is beyond me but not the ideas and the research done while already seeing prototypes in Ireland that did the 360 a long time ago but this was basically for protection of the occupants while my thought is to make it safer for U.S. Coast Guard personnel to get to the victims and save more people while I want to equally provide safety for the U.S. Coast Guard surface vessel that will do what I suggest and that is a doable, feasible vessel (and I am also a true believer as a scientist does in biochemistry because when you go into the silent world, it is a weightlessness that can be used to your advantage in order to protect and protect the occupants who giving (hopefully not) their lives to save civilians. that will take men and women to a location where basically the helicopters are doing it now and they will continue while this surface vessel is down the road. It is in the history of the U. S. Coast Guard as you can imagine, these vessels have turned over and come back upright which I call the 360. Yet, I'm suggesting the 3rd engine shall be the way to keep the forward twin engines working as far as the intake for air, exhaust outlets which will combine with the blaster idea that I mean is a 360 spin when you can imagine the pressures of the oceans when the waves (swells) are as big as they can get yet there must be a time, no different than submarines, where you must surface someday yet I'm speaking on a short-run where you can literally drop these from a cargo plane and depend on various designs, which means mass, length, beam, power configuration, while spinning and you have to know that's going to be part of it while you won't be comfortable but you will be safer and strapped in tight while you also will be self-contained where if a seal breaks or somehow you must have a backup which is actually a misnomer as the combinations of the various systems all work at the same time and integration is a keyword for the components firing while there are no new fuels to speak of but there are many new ways for stability, safety for the crew, and the major point that I'm battling with now is the actual configuration of the design of the vessels as there will be more than one. Folks, I think of the massive lift required of engine to take a fully loaded bomber and not fall into innocent lives and kill while I am a pacifist yet I do unsheathe the sword if they come after my family or countries, while yes I am American, but the example is the group is a team of people all over this planet and I have tried to emphasize as a novice and I am calling it the way it is as I do not have a technical degree background nor am I close to a self-taught engineer or electrician, as is going to be an ultimate developer. I want nothing but to help others live but with that said, it's just the idea that why has this not been done as the power of a submarine can go so quickly and what I propose is a surface vessel that can simply or not so simple at all but it is doable and feasible according to what I have done so far with figures being numbers and numbers and symbols being formulae that will present a design that can hold a certain number of people while I have already designed how to get in and out of this vessel to save those who maybe are on their way down. I'm sorry to put it that way but imagine this, "You must enter the water with a calm head and attitude about what it takes to do what has already been done for decades but this is one step further that unless I have missed it, it's there and waiting for someone to tackle and I'm willing to do it but I need "some help from qualified friends while this is not a get rich quick scheme", as I do want to clarify that fact. It is not about money while it will be costly but why put a value on a life as it is not in the picture that I am painting as I do love creativity and beauty in Art while letting us just say this is "Kevin's idea of 'performing Art' which is a calling in life to save others from death and it is certainly in the ocean without question unless there is calm, deliberative participants from a global perspective and because I only speak one language, I will need help and quite a bit as this is not for one land mass yet it is designated by me as a United States Coast Guard layperson visionary idea and thought that hopefully can be put to designs that will pass the muster of those brilliant minds who would look at the drawings and measurements saying this is not possible or it's been tried before and simply what we have we are stuck with and I don't accept that attitude at all.
