Been playing bodhran for years having taught myself, but working on this groove has really helped me to develop more discipline! Many thanks for your great teaching, Nicola

Once again a wonderful breakdown of a technique with an original piece to ease the learning process while keeping us engaged. Words simply cannot convey how grateful we are for your skill, time, patience and willingness to share with us.

Very helpful detailed instruction Nicolle! You seem to remember what it was like to learn, and answer all the questions we might have that other instructors don't, including little details on hand placement. IMO you're the best - thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!

I love your tone hand work! I just got a bodhrán and that’s the direction I want to take it in. Thanks so much for all your videos-I’m going to be studying them pretty intensely here soon. Also I love your outfit in this video!

Hey Nicolle, so wonderful to see you! That is a completely AWESOME groove, and I will surely be practicing it! Thanks so much for sharing it with us, and breaking it down into bite sized pieces. I hope you and yours are keeping well during these difficult times. It's a blessing to have a musical instrument during such times, to help keep us stay sane, isn't it? Be well, lovely lady.

I only recently discovered your channel and I’m enjoying your lessons. Where did you get your tipper? Is it custom made? I haven’t even one quite like it before.

I am relatively sure that tipper is made by Stevie Moises. It is the HR 3 Crisp. You can find it at the following website: www.tippermaker.de/index.php/en/shop/hedrods/product/view/4/34. I bought several of his tippers when I began playing 1 1/2 years ago. I went with those mentioned by Nicolle in several of her videos and have a Christian Hedwitschak bodhrán like one of her originals she used. I have been completely thrilled with them from the very start. Hope you love them as I do!
