Meh, you market it as the car that leads the pack and yet you designed it so safe that it pushed no boundaries both inside and out. To the untrained eye, it looks just like the outgoing Phantom, and you guys had over of decade of time to do make something that could drop jaws. The 7-Series, S-Class and A8 offered more innovations in half the time and for way less. Rolls might have the brand prestige to sell, but customers can only be fooled so much.
