ROM VL#74 Frankenbike Update 4

Well, here we are again with another update. Not the final update, unfortunately.
But, I am a lot closer to actually having a bike in riding condition.
It has been a challenge finding parts, waiting on parts, finding out the parts I ordered do not actually exist...
I have learned a lot. I am more confident than where I started working on bikes. I have also
learned to buy a newer project bike in the future. Wow!
Hopefully soon I will be sending out the final update and will be riding the bike on the trails. Of course, at this time
I am waiting on parts... Imagine that.
