I am from central Italy, my family too. I remember going to Rome almost every weekend with my parents when I was a child, and I remember my father telling me about ancient Rome. He was so passionate about it. He clearly felt a deep connection with our ancestors. Now I am 24, I don't want to sound exaggerated, but I get emotional everytime I see something about ancient Rome.
