Thank You, V-Bros! Great job of capturing the vibe of Roma Norte! I lived there, and La Condesa in 2014. I now live in Philly, and I feel like crying half the time - I miss it SO Much! I have spent a lot of time in Europe, and with the exception of Lisbon, I cannot think of ANY City I love more than CDMX! I am pretty sure I will go back to live there again - ASAP!

I saw this video years ago and have since been to CDMX 4 times. Since I first saw this video, we have been to Limantour (ahem, more than once) and also to that Cantina. Looking back at this video, I realize what a great and accurate job VBs did in showing how interesting, beautiful, fun and tasty Roma Norte and Mexico City are. Thanks for the memories!

Condesa neighborhood used to be a horse racing track several years ago. That's why the main street (Amsterdam) goes in a circle around the zone. Amsterdam street was actually the race track.

It is horrible to see this vid today that almost to the day one year after we are in 2017 and another big earthquake happened that has destroyed a lot in this part of the city, just like the one in 1985 did. BTW, the one in '85 happened Sept 19th, the one yesterday 32 years later to the exact day, that is a freaky fact. I hope everyone around here is well and we can hope to rebuild everything soon and help out the ones in need.

I got so so so excited when I saw the title of this video with Alanxelmundo. I've been following his channel for years now and I absolutely love all his videos. I recently started watching vagabrothers because I love travel vlogs and you guys are awesome. I really like the idea behind all of this vlogs about showing new cultures and spreading good vibes and friendship and showing the beauty each country has to offer. Great video. I enjoyed it enormously. I am a native from Mexico City but live in Guadalajara now. After watching the video I could not help feeling homesick. There are so many new cool places now in Mexico City, that I am starting to feel envious. By the way, around the mid 1800s, all the Condesa neighborhood was owned by a Spanish Countess. For that reason now a days that part of the city is known simply as "la Condesa" (the Countess).
