I spend a lot of time looking out at the world around me, not so much at the houses and the cities, but at the mountains, the untouched field, the trees, and thinking about the age and beauty in them. The ocean too, when I'm near it Everything mankind builds will crumble in time. We've seen it time and again. But this world around us is impossibly old. It will outlive us unless we strive to live with it, not crush it There's a beauty in that, and a dark humor too This is a beautiful song. It always makes me think of this
