Yes. He did. It’s a highlight video, so I didn’t want pin-losses. But the fact that a 160lb Roman slowed those monsters down was impressive. So it made the edit. The full matches are in the IL State Qualifier videos. 👍

When l was a kid, we arm wrestled, not Roman, and l 😅 But we were told not to use the body just the arm.😮 Why do you use the whole body?

It’s a full body sport. The arm does the pinning or losing. But it all has to be one solid unit. Trust me… if the ARM isn’t strong enough to support the body’s movement… you will lose or get hurt.

He has perfect technique..see how he uses his whole body and bring his shoulder and body over quickly in one motion.this is the best and most effective way to armwrestle

Every of them use whole body which is totally fine, just where the arm connect to body, if your arm/hands were not strong enough, body weight mean nothing. Other has higher body weight and they did try to use that, don't be naive, it's pro tournament, they know their game.

I haven't noticed any of the names of the people that he is pulling. Of course he looks strong but those other guys may not be very good either. I wanna see Gromov pull Kindt, then Harris, then Amolins

That’s a fair thing to say. But just because you haven’t heard of someone, doesn’t mean they may not be some of the strongest guys. Some people just don’t get to large tournaments or nationals. And to segue into that, that’s all this is... a State Championship. It was just showing all of his wins and how versatile he is. The fact that he steamrolled through Brent Rakers left arm is crazy. And even slowing Pavlo D down like that is crazy. That’s way WAY over his weight class. I also agree that I wish that Roman would hit more national tournaments.

Pavlo was like 5th in 2019 Zloty 105kg class (VERY stacked class) & Rakers is like 10+ times national champion ..weighting ~95/100kg So winning them Lh and hardly losing Rh is really insane imo
