I could see Samoa join WWE again as part of the bloodline. Maybe as some sort of intruder that although isn't actually related to Romans, still thinks he should be chief due to pure strength and experience. An usurper that isn't connected to any members of the bloodline by blood, but still thinks he deserves to be the chief. Either that, or just make him some sort of unofficial bloodline member. Sort of like Sami. Technically not related, but still a part of them
