Lamentablemente los beneficios son a largo plazo. Tampoco es que hagan milagros, pero por lo menos nos ayudan a estar menos peor. También se necesita constancia y disciplina, donde dormir 6-8 horas otorgue descanso por la calidad de sueño, no por la cantidad de horas.
